Why Salt?
Salt is usually a small component of many recipes but it plays an important role in flavouring. Just like Home Economics -- the importance of the subject is usually downplayed but it is here that students stand to gain many invaluable life skills to prepare them for the future.
In this blog, we will share our learning journey in becoming trained Home Economics teachers and you can look forward to posts about Home Economics, Food and Nutrition, Textiles and Sewing, classroom management, education psychology, art and craft, financial literacy, etc. And of course we will put up anything interesting that we come across as well!
